HOW IT WORKS
A clear process to help you understand the requirements, prepare your documents and move your application forward.

Send us your HS codes, product descriptions and commercial invoice, together with your packing list and Bill of Lading if available. Include any existing test reports or certificates.

We review your product classification and applicable Saudi requirements, identify the relevant certification route, and explain the documents and next steps needed.

We help organize and review your product specifications, labels, manuals and supporting documents, and guide you through the relevant product registration requirements.

We review existing test evidence and help coordinate any additional testing, inspection or factory assessment required for your product and certification scheme.

We support application submission and follow up with the relevant authority or certification body, helping address review comments through to certificate or license issuance, subject to approval.

Where applicable, we help prepare your SABER shipment certificate application, checking invoice and product details and following up through approval and issuance.
The exact requirements depend on your product and certification scheme. Approval and issuance remain with the relevant authority or certification body. Shipment certification applies where required.
